The NM-TX Challenge Mission Statement

The New Mexico/Texas Challenge is being offered to encourage a healthy lifestyle and good spirited competition that brings families and communities together. Sponsored by the Lea County Museum, the New Mexico Junior College and the University of the Southwest, the four different courses reflect the organizers' belief that it is important to set goals in all aspects of our lives and that it is more important to finish life's races than it is to finish first.
